Ohio House Bill 110 requires us to establish a blended learning model that has students in attendance IN PERSON for 51% of their instructional time.
All learning will take place in the classroom this year.
Students will be assigned seats.
All phones will be placed in the phone storage unit within the classroom. Ohio law prohibits cell phone use during the school day. If a student needs to contact someone, it will be done through a school phone. Students may retrieve their phones at the end of the day.
Assignments must be completed before taking breaks. Your time at school is to complete work and get needed help. Students choosing not to complete work at school will not be given breaks.
Students are expected to respect school property. Please keep your area neat and clean up after yourself.
Students not attending in-person days will be marked absent. Please do your best to schedule appointments on your not assigned days.
Students are expected to display appropriate dress, language, and respect to their fellow classmates and teachers.
Being a Chieftain Academy student is a privilege. You are with us two days per week. Make those two days your best two days!
