Meet the Teacher

I have been teaching at Licking Heights since August of 2013 teaching both World Studies, Honors World Studies, and AP European History. Before Heights, I taught in Springfield, Dayton, and Columbus. I have taught everything from 5th grade through 12th grade. My passions are teaching about women's history, social history, and art history. I have also worked on several projects through the Ohio History Connection, National Endowment for the Humanities including The Ohio-Oklahoma Exchange Program which developed a national curriculum about American Indian history with the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma.  I currently live in Pataskala with my husband.  I look forward to working with you and your family this school year. If you, or your family, ever have any questions, please never hesitate to contact me. Email is the best way to get a hold of me.

As you can see, the Social Studies Department takes Spirit Week VERY seriously!
