Who are the Liberty Hill Band Boosters?
If you have a child in the Liberty Hill Panther Band Program, then YOU are a Booster! The Liberty Hill Band Boosters are a dedicated group of parents who volunteer their time and talent to ensure the success of the instrumental music and color guard programs of the Liberty Hill Independent School District. From sixth grade through graduation, the Band Boosters work to make all of the Liberty Hill band programs successful, fun, and rewarding.
What do the Liberty Hill Band Boosters do?
In our effort to support the LHISD band directors and students we sponsor many fundraising events throughout the year. Funds raised allow the Boosters to help defray the costs of:
Instrument purchases, maintenance, and repair
Marching music, drill design, field props, and equipment
Technicians and Clinicians for band, percussion, and color guard
Provide merit scholarships to band seniors
Provide financial assistance for participation costs through an application process.
Uniform repairs and replacement
Equipment Trailers and transportation
There is more to being a booster than money though; the boosters also provide physical and moral support to our bands by moving equipment, chaperoning trips, cheering from the stands, and much more.
