Managing your schools digital transformation
Welcome to the Digital Transformation Toolkit (DTT). This powerful auditing tool has been designed to allow schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) to assess all elements of digital transformation in one place; identifying the key criteria to support the successful implementation of digital technologies to effectively support all aspects of a school community.
This self-assessment toolkit is split into six key parts with approximately 70 questions in total. It should take roughly 30 minutes to complete the online form. We strongly recommend you read through the DTT questions prior to completing the form; this will allow you (with the rest of the Senior Leadership Team) to think through your answers in advance.
Once you have fully completed the DTT, you will be in receipt of a full report* containing your responses and signposting possible support and advice on how to move from your current position to the next stage in your school/MAT's digital transformation journey. 'The DTT tool helped us to structure and identify areas in which perhaps we wouldn't have ordinarily considered. The audit tool really brought aspects to our attention, such as the teaching and learning requirements and our wish to further enhance the opportunities for our children.
And of course,the DTT will be an annual evaluation process for us now because we want to be able to see the impact of the work that we have done in order to improve the outcomes for our children and for our staff.'
