The Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) is a college-based program that trains students to become commissioned officers in the U.S. Armed Forces while earning a degree. It offers scholarships, monthly stipends, and leadership training. Graduates commit to active duty or reserve service as commissioned officers. ROTC programs are available for different military branches at different Universities.
