The Four Purposes

Underpinning everything we do as a school are the four purposes these have been the foundation for change and were the initial building blocks which influenced our updated school vision and mission statement. The four purposes now permeate through everything we do as a school.

We communicate the four purposes to all of our stakeholders and have made them accessible to our pupils through our pupil friendly characters and simplified explanations of the descriptors. We also share our half termly four purpose challenges with our pupils and families which helps give them an insight into how the focus of the curriculum has changed.

Like all schools in Wales we are supporting our children to be:
