Welcome!

Hi students and families! My name is Miss Wansley. I am so excited for the school year and to spend it with these amazing kids! It will be a year full of learning, growing, and fun.

About Me:

This is my 2nd year teaching! I graduated with my B.A. in Liberal Studies- emphasis in Elementary Education and obtained my Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. During my student teaching, I got the opportunity to be a substitute teacher, and I subbed as many times as I could, subbing each grade from TK-8th. I was born and raised here in San Diego, CA (specifically in East County.) I have wanted to be a teacher my entire life; my 3rd grade teacher primarily made such a big impact on my childhood. The classroom was always my favorite place to be as a kid and it is my goal to make it the same for my students! When I'm not in the classroom, I love playing music, going to concerts, traveling, and trying new coffee shops. I look forward to getting to know you!
