Annalize is so unbelievably excited to play Cinderella in this years fall play. This is her first show at this school, and she is very grateful to be in this community.

Gabriela’s is ecstatic to play apart in Game of Tiaras. She’s a thespian and It’s her senior year so she’s savoring every moment. Gabriela has performed in shows like Wave, Jenny Kiss Me, Peter Pan and Wendy, and The Play the Goes Wrong in the past at Leyden. She’s enjoyed making memories with new friends through theater and specifically loved Saturday tech days! Gabriela is very excited to bring her version of the Snow Queen to the stage and bring out her inner mean girl.

Abigail is excited and grateful for having the opportunity to be in this show. This will be her first time performing for a show at Leyden. Being a part of this show has definitely been one of her favorite memories she has made here at Leyden. She loves listening to music with her little sister and spending time with both of her sisters. They both always manage to help her when she needs it and have been her biggest supporters. She is looking forward to doing more shows and getting to be a part of other experiences.

Lily is so excited to be a part of another Leyden Production- as an actual high school student this time! She’s played her part in many other theater companies and shows, and can’t believe her luck at being a part of such a fabulous theater company now. Lily is eternally grateful to her parents and grandparents for their absolute support- shout out my grandmother whose costume jewelry/crowns are being used in the show! Lily hopes you have a wonderful time seeing this show and that everyone sees the effort put in by so many people to make this all happen.

Sophia is excited to be back on the Leyden stage for this tragic and fun play! This is her third play and sixth Leyden show overall. This play has reminded her of how important it is to create friendships and bonds within theater and to just have fun within a show. Although this one came with its challenges for her, especially when it came to keeping an accent, she is proud of what she's been able to contribute to the show. She can't wait to be on the Leyden stage more in the future!

Evi is estatic to be back for a second year on Leyden's theater stage and community! Evi loves when everyone comes together to make sure each person feels comfortable and has fun when they're working on a production. She has worked on the first fall show last year Peter/Wendy and helped with tech for The Play That Goes Wrong with building etc! She enjoys watching movies and tv shows, making jewelery, listening to music, exploring around in towns and cities! She is excited to be involved with much more activities and shows that involve theater and encourage others to do the same!

Katya is excited to return to Leyden's stage for Game of Tiaras. This is her fifth show at Leyden and she's thrilled to be back. Katya has always had a passion for theatre, and has done every Leyden show during the school year yet. She loves everything about theatre, from the people there, to all the experiences. Katya is excited to continue with her Leyden theatre career!

Kristha is extremely excited to be returning to Leyden theater to perform for Game of Tiaras. As a junior, this is her fifth Leyden Theater Production and it is her top favorite plays. Being in the theater company really helped her break out of her shell and allow her love for theater and acting to blossom. She loves to perform and no matter how small the role may seem, she will give it her all no matter what. She adored working with the cast and crew and really loved how things came out. She is looking forward to acting and working on set for the next play.

This is Brooke's second time performing on the Leyden stage, but it certainly won't be her last! Fun Fact: This is the first straight play Brooke has ever performed in! (All the others were musicals) She knew she would be involved in this play the moment she read the script.  Whenever she wasn't learning lines or blocking in the last month, Brooke was helping to build and paint the sets. She has been working hard, and can't wait to see "Game of Tiaras" come together.

"This is Marcy's second year participating in Leyden Theater and her fourth year participating in theater overall. She holds friends and theater close to her heart. In her spare time, she works as an archivist and helps with preservation of media. Theater is her greatest passion, and she hopes to develop lifelong skills by engaging in what she loves most.

Marcy is looking forward to participating in Leyden Theater's latest production, Game of Tiaras. She, along with the rest of the Leyden Theater company, has been working hard to put on this show. She plays the character of Guard 3, a guard who serves Princess Cinderella. Additionally, she has been collaborating closely with the tech to build multiple props. She’s excited to see her work and the efforts of everyone involved come to life in this production."

Caz is excited to be getting back into theatre and be on stage performing for others. Caz has always loved acting, and finally has the confidence to show it off to people. She wants to become a singer or artist of some sort in the future. Caz has made many friends in theatre, which has always been a safe space for them. She will be thrilled for future performances that Leyden will put on.

This is Emma's first time performing on the Leyden stage! She is very excited to be performing after watching her older sister perform during her years at Leyden. Emma was very inspired when practicing at rehearsals and seeing how much work and effort people put into theater, learning many new skills and meeting new people! She has always loved the thought of acting and being able to be herself which is why she joined theater. Emma cannot wait to perform in future shows and plays!

This is Olivias 3rd show. Her first play because the other shows she has done were musicals (guys and dolls and newsies) She is excited that she has joined this play but not gonna lie she loves musicals more. She is really enthusiastic about doing shows and Olivia absolutely loves it with being able to act, meet new people, and have fun. When she did her first show which was guys and Dolls  she absolutely loved it so she was like why not do theater over the summer to do another musical and loved it even more and now doing the play it makes me learn more about myself and my love for theater and that she does in fact like musicals more then plays but will try to audition for the other plays or at least musicals.

This is Solimar's second time on the Leyden stage and 3rd time performing! She is nervous but so excited that she gets to be a part of this wonderful show. Solimar feels the important part of getting up on stage is supporting others and doing your best. Solimar is a member of the concert choir and in the Orchesis dance group. Music and singing are a passion for her. She also wants to thank her family and friends for supporting her and persuading her to get out of her comfort zone!

Cheyenne Rogers is a Freshman at West Leyden High School, this is her second show. She adores seeing far-off stories come to life, and loves helping to build the physical aspects of the stories; from the far-off fantasy kingdoms to the not-so-far old streets of New York.  Cheyenne loves theater, and hopes to stick with it into senior year. Her hope is that when you see this show, you are inspired to laugh a bit, and have a great time!
