Mailing Invoices

In order to mail invoices to clients, we use the HIPPA-compliant docusend.biz.

You must be an owner or manager to have access to this. To request access to this you must contact Saviour Achilike

1. Download the invoice(s) requested by the client as a .pdf

2. Go to https://portal.docusend.biz/index.php 

3. Log in using your visiting angels email.

4. Click Upload PDF File

5. Select Do not include Remittance Envelope

6. Click Upload PDF File

7. Make sure the correct send and return address are present

8. Click Send. 

9. It will automatically bill our account.
