One of the 4th grade classes measured the cars idling in our car rider line in September. Data was collected and sent in to DHEC (B2). 4th grade students will write a short summary about the collection of our data to be added to our Parent Handbook for 2019-2020.

2nd and 3rd grade (SPED - multicategorical) Students researched types of plants that are good for air quality, low costs, light care needed, and took up little space in the classroom. Students made holiday crafts in December out of recycled goods and sold them at our Centennial Celebration. They raised enough money to pay for enough plants for each classroom to have a plant. The plants were planted in recycled cans from the school cafeteria that were decorated by the students. Students gave plants to every classroom, monitor growth and care and created a summer plan to care for the plants.
