The Career Center prepares and empowers Chapin High School students to identify and explore their career interests.

The Career Center works with CHS students, faculty, staff, parents and employers to provide comprehensive career related resources and services. 

The Career Center conducts individual appointments, hosts information sessions, workshops, and classroom presentations on a variety of topics;

• Work-based learning

• Resume writing and refinement

• Senior internship  (available to current and rising seniors)

• Finding a career path

• Interview techniques & practice 

• Job Shadowing

• Financial Literacy

The Career Center also works with community employers to assist students in making professional connections;

• Employer outreach and development

• Career Fairs

• Posting jobs, apprenticeships and internships

• Coordinating interviews and information sessions
