Chromebook Issues:
First, try troubleshooting, then if you are unable to get your device working acceptably...
Go to the Service Desk (link also on top of LHS page) and login with Google. Fill in a ticket and then bring your Chromebook to 163 3/4.
During the summer, await an email response as the building has limited availability and less staffing.

Lost/Damaged Chromebook chargers:
If chargers are physically damaged or just do not work, you can bring them by our office (Room 163 3/4) and receive a replacement. If you cannot produce the damaged charger, it will be considered lost.
If lost, you are responsible for replacement: You can purchase a 45W USB-C charger for your Chromebook . You do not need to use this vendor, but you can click here to purchase one. If there are financial concerns, please contact your school counselor.
REMINDER: do not place any stickers on your Chromebook. If you would like to decorate your Chromebook, please purchase a Chromebook cover.

Saving Your Google Account Information
If you are leaving the district (aka withdrawing), all Chromebooks + chargers should be turned in at the LHS tech office in 163 3/4.
Chromebook Chargers: All Chromebooks being turned in at the end of the year are required to have a charger. If you lost your charger, you are responsible for replacing it. You can likely find a cheaper replacement than you will be charged if you do not have it (we will charge you $26.99). The minimum requirements are that it is a 45 W USB-C charger. Here’s an amazon link (but you can get one wherever you want).
