On August 8, 2018, Superintendent Dr. Julie Hackett and the School Committee approved joint norms and beliefs Lexington Superintendent-School Committee Norms and Beliefs: A Working Agreement, which outlined their shared guiding principles, governance philosophy, and communication strategies.
