BUS REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR IS NOW OPEN

Bus registration for the 2023-2024 school year is still open.

Some bus routes are at capacity and you will be added to a waiting list.

• Payment was due August 1, 2023 (or upon receipt of the bus pass).  Payments can be made online or by personal check.  Checks can be made out to the Town of Lexington and mailed to the Transportation Department (see address to the left).   

  • • • • Bus fee: $330 per year for registrations received before 7/1/23.  $550 per year for late registrations (students new to Lexington qualify for the lower fee of $330).  Family cap of $825 for 3 or more fee paying riders.

        • Middle school bus routes begin at approximately 7:20-7:25am

        • High school bus routes begin at approximately 7:55-8:00am

        • Elementary bus routes begin at approximately 8:20-8:25am      

All bus riders must register for the bus every year.  If you child is in grades K–6 and you live more than 2 miles from your districted school, your child is eligible for town-paid bus service. Registrations are still necessary.

All bus riders in grades 7–12 must pay the fee.
