SNAP Parent/Guardian Health Portal
Lexington Public Schools has elected to use the SNAP Health Portal to better connect you with your child’s school health and wellness information. This web-based system provides an easy, secure, and green way for you to update and review important school health information and medical documents throughout the year. With 24-hour access over the web, you will be able to:
Electronically sign and submit all health forms to the school nurse safely over the internet.
Review and update new health information such as vaccinations, health conditions, and screening results throughout the school year.
Give permission for your child to receive ibuprofen and acetaminophen.
Easily message the school health clinic to expedite communication.
Access the Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform online or via a mobile version at StudentEHR.com.
If you are interested in signing up for the SNAP Health Portal, please:
Check your ASPEN account and make sure your contact information is correct. Directions on how to view your contact information can be found here. If you need to make changes, you can review these directions. Your email address in ASPEN will be used by the SNAP Health Portal.

Add “noreply@studentehr.com” to your email address book now to ensure proper delivery of all communications from the SNAP Health Portal including registration instructions.
If you do not want to access the portal there is nothing you need to do. Simply ignore any emails from the portal. The nurses will continue to call you to share urgent or time-sensitive information and ask that you do the same.
