LHS Core Value Award

The Lexington Core Value Award is given to a student who exemplifies the LPS Core Values and models our mission statement: “Joy in learning; curiosity in life; and compassion in all we do.” It is my honor to recognize Jane Liu, a student who is not only new to the district this year, but also one who makes LHS a better place simply for being here. Jane, you may not realize how much of a positive impact you make here and I am so happy to be able to publicly recognize your hard work under such complicated circumstances and also your kindness, sense of humor, loving heart, keen eye for detail, pragmatic perspective, and ability to read people so well. You deserve only the best things in this life–sometimes it takes a little while until that happens. But it will. Know how much you matter and how much you exemplify the aspirational spirit of the LHS mission. Congratulations, Jane!
