This form provides you the opportunity to share information about your child that will help us place your child on an academic team for the next school year. Our team placement process aims to create balanced learning environments in which each child is able to flourish and grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Please do not make requests for special teams or teachers. We will announce team placement in August. The school administration has the final decision in the placement of all students.
Please note - the school works with numerous pieces of data to ensure that well-balanced learning environments are created for all students. We are confident that with your input and the use of a variety of other data, our decision for team placement will be in the best interests of your child. In all placement situations, the school Administration will be the final arbiter of team composition and student placement.
