5th-6th Grade Transition at
Clarke & Diamond
Welcome to Middle School!
The transition from fifth to sixth grade is a big deal, and we're excited to welcome our new sixth graders to middle school! We hope you're excited too!
In order to prepare for our new sixth graders' arrival in the fall, we need to complete a few steps, which you'll find listed in the timeline below. Clarke and Diamond Middle Schools have teamed up to centralize and simplify the transition process. We hope that this simple website will serve as a hub for all related communications, documents, and information. As we release new resources, we will link them in the timeline below.
If you have questions as we progress through the events of the sixth grade registration process, please reach out to let us know how we can help you!
