               Middle School: USER FEEs  2026-2027

$200.00 - Varsity Fee 

$175.00 - Junior Varsity Fee

Family Cap for families with student-athletes in middle AND high school = $1075.00

*Intramural programs offered through Middle Schools are $75.00 per session and DO NOT count towards the Family Cap.

Please provide your student's current physical (completed within the past 13 months) to the Clarke Nurses.  The physical may be emailed to 

cla-nurse@lexingtonma.org, uploaded to the SNAP health portal, mailed, or dropped off in the nurses' office.

All students who wish to participate in a school sport MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE WITH THE NURSE BEFORE THEY CAN TRY-OUT. Physicals are good for 13 months from the exam date
