Senioritis can be a very real thing but remember, your attendance still matters! Make sure you're staying on top of your hours and not accruing more as you make it to the finish line.

• In extenuating circumstances, students may file an Attendance Appeal form to their Assistant Principal. The Appeal form should be a summary of the circumstance and attach any additional documentation, such as doctor notes, as appropriate. The Attendance Appeal Committee will take your form, documentation (be sure to include!), and circumstance into consideration for their decision.

LHS Cap & Gowns, Graduation Announcements, and all Senior Gear information packets are distributed to all seniors in the Fall Semester with an in-house sales rep to help with any questions you might have. 

Information Distribution Date - October 1, 2024 

On-Campus Order Date - October 15, 2024 

LHS Cap & Gown Distribution Date - March 5, 2025 

Please take advantage of this on-campus ordering day.  If you are unable to purchase on this day, please see the link provided below to order your graduation needs online prior to December 31st.

• Ordering cords and stoles are separate from cap and gowns. Your organization sponsor will communicate this ordering process, typically around Spring Break. Students may earn a cord through completing specific requirements in organizations such as BPA, NHS,  etc.

• Only LISD approved cords, stoles, and medals are allowed to be worn at graduation.

If you have questions about what is allowed, please see Ms. Garrison or Mrs. Meyer.

Lexington ISD allows seniors the opportunity to decorate their cap! Decorations must:

• Lay flat on the cap

• Not extend beyond the edges of the cap

• School appropriate

• Positive message

HOW CAN I SEND MY SAT SCORES TO THE COLLEGE I AM ATTENDING?

SAT Scores are ordered through your College Board Account. LISD does not manage College Board login Information. You will have to contact College Board If you do not know your account information. 

HOW CAN I SEND MY ACT SCORES TO THE COLLEGE I AM ATTENDING?

HOW CAN I SEND MY TSI ASSESSMENT SCORES TO THE COLLEGE I AM ATTENDING?

• If you can submit your unofficial score report, please access here and save as a PDF to be able to upload/send to any institution.

• The college may accept scores in a sealed envelope, but most will require you to complete a consent/authorization for them to retrieve the scores electronically through the online ACCUPLACER system:

  • • ACC's authorization form 

    • Sam Houston State University's authorization form

    • Tarleton State University's authorization form

    • Texas A&M University's authorization from

    • Texas State University's authorization form

    • University of North Texas (UNT) authorization form

    • University of Texas at Austin authorization form

    • University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) authorization form 

• Though very rare that a school would require official, scores be sent, students may request official score reports from Mrs. Woodward in the LHS Library.

Mid-April, seniors will be notified of any obligations they may have to LISD/LHS. These obligations must be satisfied to be eligible for graduation/your diploma. Obligations include items such as:

• Textbooks

• mLISD device

• Equipment (fine arts, athletics, etc.)

• Hours Owed (senior deadline is May 17th!)

• Library fees

Be sure you know where all items are by April 2025! Hours are updated regularly, and notifications have been provided.  Please see Mrs. Dodd if you have any questions! 

Instructions for Seniors who completed one or more sections of Texas College Bridge and need their certificate to show to their prospective college. Keep in mind - YOU send in your certificate.

1. After completing Texas College Bridge (TCB), you create a greenlight locker and claim your certificate.  Colleges that accept this in place of TSIA will require this certificate. 

2. If students used their SHISD email address, go into their profile and change the email address to a personal email.  Students graduating in May will not have access to their SHISD email after graduation.  To access their greenlight locker with their certificate, they must have a personal email address in their profile.

ACCESSING YOUR TCB CERTIFICATE:

Step 1: Log in and click the View your Goals button.

Step 2:  Click on your name near the top of the page.

Step 3:  Click My Account in the dropdown menu to be taken to the My Achievements page where you can see your certificates.
