Swingin' Eagles

The HS Jazz Band is an additional elective students in the HS Band can take.  The Jazz band is a great place for students to learn more about the big band style and how to improvise a solo.  Many students in this ensemble play a different instrument than the one they normally play in concert band.  

The Jazz band is open to grades 9-12.  Those who are interested need to schedule a time with Mr Torres to go over audition materials and schedule an audition time. If a student passes their audition they will be added to the jazz band for the year.
