Behavior

Students are expected to act responsibly, respect the rights of others, and be productive while in the Learning Commons. In order to protect and maintain resources, food and drink is prohibited. 

Circulation

Students may check out up to five items with a valid White Knoll High School ID card.  All materials checked out to a patron will become the responsibility of the patron in all circumstances; do not check out material for other patrons.

• Fiction or non-fiction books may be checked out for 14 school days. 

• Audio books may be checked out for 14 school days.

• DVDs may be checked out for 3 days.

• Digital magazines can be found on Flipster

• eBooks and digital audio books can be found on Mackinvia app 

Fees

Fees are charged to students for lost and damaged items that are beyond repair. There are no late fines for overdue items.

Computer Access

There are 16 Microsoft Lenovo laptops available for student use while in the Learning Commons. Students must follow the district Technology Acceptable Use Policy. Printing is free; please see a Learning Commons staff member for color printing.
