The Registrar is responsible for the enrollment and withdrawal of all students, transcript requests on Parchment, sending records to other schools as requested and keeping up with all student records.

The Counseling Secretary is responsible for keeping up with all scholarships that are available to our students and helping them through the application process. Creates and sends the Senior Memo, coordinates all visits with college reps and all military branches. Heads up the Awards Night and helps with the preparation of the graduation program and other general duties.
