Ruth Hudson

Ruth is the school's Mental Health Counselor. She earned a Bachelor of Art and Science degree in Psychology from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 

When she is not counseling, Ruth enjoys, anything outdoors, photography and vegan cuisine. Fun fact, Ruth has been a vegetarian for eight years and yes, NO MEAT, NO SEAFOOD! Ruth is an Ohio native and has lived in the south going on 7 years. Ruth relocated with her husband, and together they have a 3-year-old daughter. Ruth is looking forward to working with the students and families of Gilbert High School.
