Students may purchase a PE uniform from us using this form. Students are not required to order from us. They can provide their own uniform.
Uniform Order Form Uniform package is $22 includes shirt, shorts and a bag. You can send cash or check with student or contact Mrs. Bozard, our book keeper for online payment.
Dress Out requirements
“DRESS OUT” CLOTHES NEEDED FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION
SHORTS, NYLON JOGGING/WIND PANTS, OR SWEATPANTS
These must be athletic-type pants with elastic waist and no zipper. No jeans or cargo shorts. Wind pants and sweatpants are appropriate.
T-SHIRT OR SWEATSHIRT
No sleeveless shirts, tank tops, “short” shirts, and shirts with buttons. Sweatshirts and jackets are permitted when the weather is cool and we are going outside. No hoods or hats allowed in the building.
SOCKS
Socks must be worn.
TENNIS SHOES
These must be athletic-type appropriate for participating in physical education activities. No Crocks
WATER BOTTLE- Screw top water bottles. Only clear liquids are allowed so the floor does not get stained or sticky.
