My classroom is in the old Home Economics classroom. There are 3 working kitchens. I teach life skills. I want to promote inclusion. Why not start a small business?

My students need more than academics. They need instruction and practice in life skills that don't always come naturally. This coffee shop is a perfect blend of academics in the real world.
