This application is a way for you to browse all of the books available in the library. Once you are logged into your account, you can create a list of favorite books as you browse. You can also place holds on books as well. See the instructional videos below for details. You will need your Lexington 2 username and password. If you do not know this information, call the front office at 803-755-7420 for assistance.

• Click the photo of the Destiny Discover home screen for access to our library catalog.

Once you are linked to Destiny Discover, follow these steps:

1. Click the hamburger menu (the three horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner. A slide-out menu will appear.

2. Click the 'log in' button at the very bottom of that menu.

3. Type your username (not your email address. Just the letters and/or numbers that appear before the @lex2.org). Type your password (does not have to be in all caps). Click 'submit'.

4. When the screen refreshes, you should see your name in the 'Welcome' greeting at the top of the screen.

5. You are now able to place holds and add favorites.

Once you are logged into Destiny Discover, follow these steps:

1. Browse the catalog by clicking on topics, genres, recently added titles, or by typing keywords and/or titles into the search bar at the top.

2. When browsing in your account, the books will have a 'Hold' button and a 'Favorite' button beside them. Simply click the button and it will automatically place the book on hold for you or it will add it to your favorites list.
