If a student has lost their ID or left it at home, the student should immediately inform the teacher in their first class of the day. Teachers can submit a replacement request via this Google Form within the first 20 minutes of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd block.

• 1st: 7:45 AM-8:45 AM

• 2nd: 10:00 AM-10:20 AM

• 3rd: 12:35 PM-1:00 PM

If the cutoff window is missed, a student should inform their next block teacher. ID and accessory requests are not accepted after the first 20 minutes of each block in order to allow for the time required to print and coordinate delivery to a student's classroom.

Additionally, IDs will not be printed after 1:00pm unless the ID is lost rather than being left at home. We also do not deliver during NEST/lunch due to the short time frames.

Replacement fees are as follows and will be charged per incident to a student's account:

• ID, pouch, and lanyard: $5

• Pouch only: $1

• Lanyard only: $1

 A discipline referral will NOT be filed if a student reports their missing ID prior to being approached.  A discipline referral will be filed for students that do not self-report.
