My name is Megan Voorhis, I am the K-12 music teacher here at Lewiston. Band is open to all 5-12 students (7-12 is considered HS band) and Choir is open for 9-12. My favorite thing about working at Lewiston is the smaller class sizes, where I am able to give more one on one instruction and help my students gain a better understanding of music theory and performance.

My husband and I live in Beatrice, NE. I received my Bachelors Degree in PreK-12 Music Education at Chadron State College and am currently working towards my Masters Degree in Music Education from UNK. My husband is also certified in PreK-12 Music Education and Music Performance. He earned his degrees from Chadron State College and UNL.
