If you’re interested in becoming a volunteer tester for the 6ePick, and you meet the requirements outlined in the Volunteers Wanted section above, please fill out the application form below.

It’s a Google Form, so you can complete it right here on this page, and I’ll be notified automatically when you do.  After reviewing your information, I’ll reach out to you directly as to whether or not you have been selected to be a tester, and, if so, to inform you of the next steps.
