As part of KALINGA, the Letran Psychology Society introduced "Pahinga sa Pahina," an initiative aimed at offering assistance and promoting self-care. This segment of the event features a Google Drive link containing a variety of self-care ebooks for participants to explore. Additionally, a Google Form link is provided for participants to share their favorite books and insights. At the end of the contest, a prize was awarded to the winner of the said event.
