MINISTRY FOR FINANCE

Article IX, Section 5

The Ministry for Finance shall have the following functions and responsibilities:

a. To properly liquidate the on-going and out-going budget of the organization

b. To propose income generating activities that could help build unity to the members of the Organization.

c. Shall provide a budget report upon the request of the members.

d. Shall collect the dues of the members.

5.1 An Auditor will be appointed by the council of officers in the Ministry for Finance. The Auditor shall have the specific function:

a. To serve as the primary checker of integrity of the ministry’s management of the organizational finances.
