MINISTRY FOR EXTERNAL AND COMMUNICATION AFFAIRS

ARTICLE XIII SECTION 4

The Ministry of External and Communication Affairs shall have the following functions and responsibility:

a. To coordinate and build external linkages with institutions, organizations and other groups which shall be beneficial and would cater the needs of the program and the organization.

b. To represent the Letran Politicvs in functions, events, and activities within and outside the Colegio.

c. To promote the programs, activities, and projects of the Letran Politicvs.

d. To exercise such duties and functions as may be delegated to him/her by the Council.

e. To propose and implement projects that will promote the welfare of the members.
