Non-profit that writes NGSS aligned research based curriculum.  When they develop new units they often need teachers to pilot it in their classrooms and help make suggested revisions.  There is always a generous stipend for this work

It seems like it is a monthly newsletter.  Often there are opportunities to give input at the state level.  I’ve done work through them to evaluate science assessment questions of use in Oregon.  This was insightful in learning how questions are vetted and students scored.

One of the easiest grants out there!  Get up to $2000 per teacher(up to three teachers in one building).  Grant money must be used to support getting students outside doing ecology work.
