Arbor is the system that LEO school uses to manage information. Through this we take registers and manage all the information we hold about out students.
How do Parents use Arbor?
Parents and Carers need to use Arbor to book parents evenings, pay for trips and keep their child's information up to date.
Click here for more information about Arbor.
Details of how to set up your Arbor account will be sent out to you once your child is enrolled.
• Sport Specialist: We will have a sports specialist visiting for some sessions for the nursery children
• Forest School: Forest school sessions will be held once a week
• In LEO schools, we use an online learning tool called SEESAW. You will be sent login details
• We will also use SEESAW for daily care and education updates. Don't worry, we will also provide verbal feedback when children start and leave. However, with multiple children leaving at once, we like to pass on detailed information thoroughly.

• Important Funding Information:
o It is vital if you want to use free funded hours at West Ashtead that you do not sign any declaration forms at existing providers. Signing these forms will allow them to claim for the r term's funding, and will prevent us from being able to use those funded hours for your child at West Ashtead
• Two-Year-Old Funding: Some two-year-olds may be eligible for funding. Please check your eligibility here: http://www.surreycc.gov.uk/feet
• Working Parent Entitlement:
o Parents must apply to ensure they're eligible for the working parents entitlement through the government's Childcare Choices website. There is guidance available to help parents understand if they will qualify:
Get funded childcare if you're working (GOV.UK).
o If a parent's application is successful, they'll be given an 11-digit eligibility code.
o A child can only take up their working parents entitlement from the term following the date of issue of their eligibility code (this is usually their Validity Start Date).
o If you want to use working parent entitlement funding for your child's place, please complete this form 30 November
:West Ashtead Nursery Working Parents Entitlement Eligibility Form
o If you do not yet have a funding code, it is not too late to apply. Please visit:
