The Olevi Outstanding Leadership in Education programme recognises that all people are leaders, and that developing leadership ensures that well balanced challenge and support creates impact. Participants will engage with evidence-informed leadership pedagogy to discover how to lead and manage individuals, classes, teams, and projects more effectively for greater impact.

Full attendance of this programme will enable participants to:

• Be comfortable in reflecting about your own strengths and weaknesses and deciding your way forward;

• Articulate a vision that balances integrity with competence.

• Lead an effective team to achieve the intended outcome.
