All classes are ten weeks/ten session, FREE, and on Zoom. Classes are filling up fast, so please enroll or refer now!

What fathers are saying about our Fundamentals of Fatherhood Program: "What I have liked the most about this class is being in a group of men who are all making an effort in becoming better fathers and better people."

•             Classes are only once-a-week for ten weeks, on ZOOM, and they're FREE!

•             Case management and employment services included

•             All services are available in English and Spanish.

•             Flyers and referral form are attached.

Note:  Due to recent changes in our program, the Fundamentals of Fatherhood program will no longer be offering incentives to clients for program completion. We are confident that the services offered, and support provided will be enough incentive to continue to engage fathers in our program, but I wanted to make sure everyone is aware as we continue to highlight this program with community. Thank you, as always, for championing this work. Have a wonderful day everyone!

The program is offered in English and Spanish. The program includes a Nurturing Fathers Parenting Class, Life Coaching/Case Management, and Employment Services. The classes are FREE and held online via zoom or in-person. In-person services are at our North Long Beach office located at Houghton Park. Milestones matter! Track your child’s milestones from age 2 months to 5 years with CDC’s easy-to-use illustrated checklists; get tips from CDC for encouraging your child’s development; and find out what to do if you are ever concerned about how your child is developing.

From birth to age 5, your child should reach milestones in how he or she plays, learns, speaks, acts, and moves. Photos and videos in this app illustrate each milestone and make tracking them for your child easy and fun!

Westside Regional Center

If you have a developmental concern about yourself, your child, or a family member, the Intake Department will be your first contact at Westside Regional Center. Our goal is to make this experience positive for you and your family.

People reach out to us for many reasons. The individual may be referred by the school, medical staff, a friend, or be self-referred. Intakes may occur at any age, though the developmental issue must have started prior to the age of 18. The intake process is a FREE service, which is provided to all regardless of citizenship status.
