A Gender Transition Story

This article is a mix of part auto-biography, part fiction, and part educational. Where real persons are referenced explicitly I shall try to make this clear and provide evidence of their consent but in other cases I will make at least one fictional character based on them but change specifics in an effort to maintain their anonymity.

Since identifying as trans gender, I had always intended to write a biographical article about my life and experiences but various events since transitioning encouraged me to expand the scope to include general educational material in an effort to improve the dissemination of various scientific data that supports the principle of the trans condition being rooted in biology at birth rather than it being ideological in nature. I will also make an effort to distinguish between how being trans gender and being inter sex are different conditions that are not currently believed to be directly related despite them both seemingly being rooted in biology. If I misrepresent the inter sex condition at any point in this article please inform me of your concerns and I will endeavour to address them.
