Le Mars Community High School has over 60 students on their speech teams. Four coaches are on staff.
In the 2024-2025 school year, LCHS speech competed in 50 events, receiving a total of 66 division one ratings at both the district and state levels. One group from the LG team and four individuals from the IE team were selected to be honored at the All-State Festivals.
