Number of guests per student

A maximum of 2 guests per student may be invited. Each student will be given three Exhibition color wristbands that correspond to their class. These will act as the tickets for the event. One wristband will be for the student, and the other two will be given to the two people they are inviting.

Prior to Arrival - COVID Health Pre-Screening

Before guests enter campus, they will be required to take their temperature and pre-screen using this form upon arrival. All guests must wear masks at all times on campus and remain distanced 3-6 feet.

Arrival

Arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 for check in/registration. Registration will take place in the middle school courtyard. Park by the middle school, pool, tennis area and walk in through the middle school lockers to enter the courtyard.

Your children will prepare for their presentations while guests check in and hear a brief presentation about PYP Exhibition.
