○ S.A.D. Day - Wear Colors Based On Your Feelings
- During our school’s HOSA Week, we had a dress-up day for all students to wear colors based on their feelings.
January 29th, 2025
○ Snowflake Making - What are you thankful for during this season?
- During our school’s monthly HOSA Meeting, we had students make snowflakes, and with them, they wrote what they were most thankful for during the winter season. Then, we created a banner to hang up in our school hallway.
February 10-14th, 2025
○ Words of Affirmation Clips
- During this week, we created affirmation clips, similar to volleyball clips. On these clips, we wrote positive words of affirmation and clipped random students in the hallway & during lunch.
February 24-28th, 2025
○ Words of Affirmation on School Mirrors
- During this week, we wrote words of affirmation with markers on our school bathroom mirrors. We then asked students to take a picture if they came across one!
March 17th-21st, 2025
○ “Hold the Sign Up and Pose” & Seasonal Quote Bookmarks
- During this week, we went around our school during lunches & passing periods, and we had students pose with our “Winter Wellness” sign. Additionally, throughout this week, we distributed seasonal quote bookmarks to students.
April 2nd-3rd, 2025
○ Project Display During All Lunches
- On these two days, we displayed our project to students across four lunches, and we did activities with them for engagement.
