Our learning for work courses will help you build on existing skills or knowledge, aiding you to progress into the work place.
Some examples of these courses include:
. Employment Programme - Confidence at work, CV construction, interview survival and search and apply
. Career Boosters - Customer service and communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, presentation skills, team working skills and time management, decision making and problem solving
. So you want to ... reach your potential, be self-employed, create a digital CV, work in an office, work in hospitality, work in retail
and many more!
Learning for life courses give you the basic knowledge, skills and qualifications in English and Maths that you'll need for any job or activity you do. On all our courses you will have the opportunity to gain a qualification, for free.
We also have ESOL courses, meaning English for Speakers of Other Languages. These classes help learners to improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing in English.
We have ESOL courses for all levels from beginners (pre-entry) to advanced (level 2), our learners take Trinity ESOL exams.
Our learning for leisure courses are for anyone who wishes to learn a new skill or develop a new hobby.

We also have learning for leisure and wellbeing, for learners with learning difficulties and disabilities (LLDD)

REMIT is a community education project for adults in Leicester and Leicestershire who experience severe and enduring mental health problems.

. Wellbeing - relaxation, sport and healthy eating
. Humanities - History, psychology, creative writing
