Our mission is to revolutionize thrifting by making it more accessible, engaging, and impactful.
By reclaiming resources and promoting sustainable fashion, we aim to reduce waste, support local economies, and spread awareness about the environmental and financial benefits of thrifting.
In the next 5, 10, and 20 years, Reclaim envisions a world where all thrifted attire has a story, and consumers can make informed and sustainable choices in their secondhand shopping. In the long-term, we see Reclaim having a commanding impact in the thrifting community due to the critical information it can unearth to shoppers and the wider ecological benefits it entails. In the short-term, we see the startup being a trusty ally for our early adopters that will start the network effect and bring our project into the limelight.
Initial product areas are the thrifting and sustainability industries. Our product focuses on users being able to learn more about the specific details and complicated intricacies of thrifting. The focus is on teaching users what the tags on the clothing mean which can indicate how much the item is worth, how old it is, and if the item is a good fit for them.
