WELCOME!
The Child & Adolescent Research Group is a team of researchers within the Psychology Department at Lehigh University studying the amazing process of child and adolescent development. We're interested in how infants, children, and adolescents learn about the world and how their social relationships influence their development.
Our research answers questions like:
When do key aspects of social understanding and behavior develop?
What processes explain these developmental accomplishments?
What is the role of the social environment (e.g., parents, friends, culture) in shaping children's ability to understand and relate to the social world?
