Local fees include addresses within 20 miles of 94109 or 94590

• MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE ONLY:  Starting at $120 for first document and $15 per signature notarized for the preceding documents.

• Trust, Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Advanced Healthcare Directive, Grant Deed: $1500 for single person and $1800 for couples estate plans.  If you live locally this includes notary and one witness (two needed) signing at our offices.

• Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Advanced Healthcare directive and HIPAA :  $600 (per person) if local includes notary and one witness

• Durable Power of Attorney: $150 *

• Advanced Healthcare Directive:  $150 *

• Property Deed and Ancillaries: $350+ filing fees *

• Trustee/Administrator Rates: please call for rates.

• Pro Se Court Cases: Starting at $600+ Prepare Petition plus Court filing and/or publication fees to be paid separately (when applicable). 

• Service of Process: Mail or electronic service only.  Call for pricing.

• Same Day or same week service: $250 +Rush fee otherwise 5-10 business days turn around

• Fax/online Filing Fees: call for rates

• Hourly Fees: call for rates

• Paralegal / LDA Rates: call for rates

• Document Printing in Advance of Notary Assignment: Free for first 5 pages and 10 cents for each page thereafter.

• Forming a Corporation, Professional Corporation and LLC: Starting at $600 plus state filing fees.  Includes EIN, Articles, SOI, Minutes & Operating Agreement (if applicable)

• Other Business Services

*Travel outside of 25 miles is charged at a rate of $3/per mile plus tolls, parking and hourly fees for travel or a flat rate of $250 for in person signing.
