About Olivia Lizotte
Olivia Lizotte began her career in law in 1996, starting with civil litigation while working for legal aid groups at her colleges. She continued her career in the private sector representing the plaintiff side in civil litigation, mass tort, product liability, forensics, foreign workers, import/export, as well as probate and estate planning. She has worked with the local Courts in California, Federal District Courts and Administrative Courts/Agencies. Her knowledge and expertise allows her to work independently navigating filings with various federal, state and county agencies. She is resourceful and has the content knowledge to assist you in a variety of matters that do not involve attorney’s or legal advice.
She is a Certificated Fiduciary, Notary Public, Paralegal and Registered Legal Document Preparer. While she has a breadth of knowledge she currently specializes in: Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Probate, Business Entity Establishment, Real Property Transfers, Name Change Petitions and Trustee Support Services (Per Diem).
When Olivia is not working she is passionate about travel and helping people. She was a Champion through One World Children's Fund to raise money for a gorup home in Uganda. She is also a graduate of the International Relations program at San Francisco State University where she studied abroad in South Africa and France. She has traveled for decades throughout South America, Europe, The Middle East, South East Asia, Japan and China. She has also lived in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Holland.
