2018-2019 Officers
Sherry Aragon "As current Legacy Laveen PTO President I feel we were able to accomplish goals for 2017/2018 school year. I believe that in leading the board they saw the vision I had for our students and school. I am confident that I can lead and support our students and school for the upcoming school year to another successful year."
Megan Montgomery "I have 3 kids; I have twin girls who are in 2nd grade and a son who is in kindergarten. Even though I wasn’t on PTO when my girls first started kindergarten, I was still very involved. I have now been on the PTO for 2 years and have really enjoyed being involved in the fundraisers and working closely with the staff. This current school year I started working as a sub for the school aides. I love being on campus with all of the kids and getting to know all of the staff/administration better. We have a great school and I can’t wait to see more amazing things happen next year!"
Kyle Clonts "I feel as if my attention to detail is on point. In my career outside being a father, I've assisted 5 startups from marketing, brand creation and awareness, as well as social media and print advertising. I volunteered during the 2017-2018 school year as the Board Secretary, enjoyed my time getting to assist with many events on campus, and met some incredible parents and staff who are passionate about improving parent, teacher, and student interaction on campus."
Jaclyn Swope "Hi. I've been at the Legacy Laveen campus since it opened. I have previously served 2 years on the PTO here at Legacy. After taking the last few years off, I'm again ready to take on a board position with the PTO. I am dedicated to the success of the school and the families who attend here. In the 2018-2019 school year I will have a 7th grade and a 5th grade student. I'm eager to be a part of the PTO and to have a positive impact on our campus!"
Katrina Martinez "I have had children attend the Legacy Laveen campus when it opened 6 years ago. I was previously on the PTO board at Legacy Laveen for two years. I held the positions of Community Development Director and Parent Teacher Liaison. Next year I will have a 5th grade student at Legacy Laveen, sophomore at Betty H. Fairfax and a 3 year old. I am very involved in the Laveen community since I moved here in 2003 and love being there for the teachers and staff at Legacy Laveen. I am excited to be back on the board and help our PTO and volunteer base grow through communication with parents on campus. "
