Dear LCA Middle School Families,

Curriculum Night is one of the best opportunities for parents to step into their child’s school experience and better understand what learning will look like this year. So, a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to our 7th & 8th Grade families who were able to join us! 5th & 6th Grade families, your special night is coming soon!

At LCA, we believe strong partnerships between home and school make a meaningful difference in the success of our students. Curriculum Night gives parents an opportunity to:

Meet and hear directly from teachers about classroom expectations, priorities, and what makes each course unique.
Understand the curriculum and what students will be learning throughout the year.
Learn what it takes to navigate South Campus. Don’t worry, we provide maps!
See the bigger picture of how each course contributes to your child’s academic growth and prepares them for what comes next.
Strengthen the partnership between parents and teachers as we work together to know, love, and challenge each student.
Experience the mission of LCA in action as academic excellence and biblical truth are intentionally woven throughout the school day.
Learn more about LCA’s Professional Schools Program (PSP) and how it connects to what your student is learning and experiencing today.

Curriculum Night isn’t simply about learning what academic topics your student will tackle this year. It’s about understanding where your child is headed, how we are helping them grow, and how we can partner together along the way.

Journey trips are an incredible opportunity for LCA students and families to serve, learn, grow, and experience God’s work around the world. This year, we have both family trips and student-only trips, with opportunities for students in 4th–12th grade.
