Field Trips / Presentations

If you are interested in attending an upcoming field trip hosted by Brito, please make sure to review and complete the following steps at least two weeks prior to the trip date:

• Sign up on the College & Career Website: https://sites.google.com/leeschools.net/college-career/field-trips-presentations

• Parent Permission Slip: Obtain and complete the official Parent Field Trip Permission Form. (Located outside Brito's Office) 

  • Make sure your parent or guardian completes the form.

  • If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or require medication during the trip, the health services section on the back must be fully completed by your parent/guardian.

• Teacher Approvals: Take the form to your classroom teachers to get their permission and signatures before the field trip.

  • Note: You are responsible for requesting any classwork or homework you will miss and completing it promptly.

• Submit Completed Forms: Return all signed permission forms to Student Affairs at least two weeks before the scheduled field trip.

• Field Trip Approval: You will get an email from Brito a few days before the field trip letting you know you have been approved to attend the field trip and any information you need to know about what to bring and or what to wear. 

• Day-of Expectations:

  • Note: You are responsible for telling your teacher when you need to report to Brito's office

ALL Field Trips and presentations are a privilege. If your teacher did not approve of you to miss class due to grades or behavior, you will be removed them from the list.
