9. SMS Messaging Terms

9.1 Messaging Frequency

By subscribing to our SMS alerts, you agree to receive up to 5 messages per week about case updates, appointment reminders, or firm announcements. Frequency may vary depending on your case status. Standard message and data rates may apply.

9.2 Opt-In Process

To subscribe, text “JOIN” to (201) 898-2030 or submit your mobile number via our website.
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation message such as:

“You’ve successfully subscribed to Lee Immigration Law Firm SMS alerts.”

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the provided mobile number.

9.3 Opt-Out Process

You can unsubscribe at any time by texting “STOP” to (201) 898-2030. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
Alternatively, you can email info@leelaw.org with the subject “Unsubscribe from SMS.”

Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-opt-in.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.

 

12. Severability

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lee Immigration Law Firm concerning your use of the Site and SMS services, superseding all prior communications or understandings.
